Market Report & Outlook for the Second Quarter of 2010

The second quarter of this year continued the trend for increased sales, faster marketing times, and improving selling prices.

Marketing times on many sales are in the less than 30 days category. Two of the horses sold in May to buyers coming without the need to see videos. One sold in 14 days the other in 21 days.

This week we again reached capacity and have great selection of well trained quality horses in the stable ready to match with their new owners.

The collapse of the Euro is making Europe a more affordable option and we can get a horse into the US and through quarantine for under $6,000. If you are interested in looking in Europe contact us about our next trip.

Belize is a solid  Second level 16.3H dressage horse for sale with proven wins in the ring. He is nicely schooling Third Level with flying changes. His gaits are rhythmic and he is easy to sit. His training is excellent. "A textbook ride".

Belize is very steady and brave, loves to hack, and shows talent over fences. Belize is  strong in his lateral work, light to the leg, elastic, supple and over the back. He is simply wonderful in the bridle.
Belize has a super attitude and he can really be relied on to keep his rider safe.

Show Experience:

He has an especially strong walk and has received 9's on his walk. Belize won the USDF All Breed's award at First level open as a 5-year-old with a median score of 71%, he also won the East Coast Rider's Cup and was 3rd at Regional Championships First level.
